Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, which you have from God? You are not your own; you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.

Overcoming Pornography

The journey to freedom from pornography is not always an easy one, but it
is possible and most certainly worth the effort. The benefits include greater
respect for women, greater marital satisfaction and improved relationships. In
addition, there is a tangible sense of freedom. Many people share that they
didn’t know how enslaved they were until they were able to break free from
porn. Their thinking is clearer, and they are able to enjoy life more. Their
relationships improve because they are no longer keeping any dark secrets.
They can be truly authentic with others, which leads to healthy intimacy in
all relationships.
